How do I edit my contact details?

To edit your contact details, the first step is to head up to our person icon in our top navigation and log into your account. Then if you select Your Details from your account drop down menu (top left of our navigation) you will be directed to your profile page. From here you will be able to edit your contact details.


If you are still unable to edit your contact details, please email hello@babyvillage.com.au for further help.

How do I unsubscribe from the Baby Village Newsletter?

Open any newsletter sent to you by Baby Village then scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and click 'Unsubscribe'.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the subscription removal to become effective.

What is your ABN?

I need help with my order, who do I contact?

Visit our Contact Us page or email hello@babyvillage.com.au quoting your Order # in the Subject Line

Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, Login to your account to check My Orders.

How do I create a new account?

If you head over to the right hand side of our top navigation on the Baby Village website, you will see the icon of a person. If you click on this icon, a menu will drop down giving you the option to either log in, or create an account. Please click create an account to make your Baby Village profile.

What is your Price Matching Policy?

We know that sometimes other retailers in our industry offer the same products at lower prices while they are on sale or having a promotion, we don’t want you to miss out so we are happy to match their price on an identical stocked item*.

Price Match Conditions


Item must:

• have a minimum value of RRP $100
• be identical in Brand, Model, Colour, Design, etc.
• be in stock at both retailers at time of purchase
• be available for review on retailer’s website or in a current catalogue
• be a regularly stocked item at Baby Village
• be in original packaging and not floor or demonstration stock
• be available for purchase from the supplier (e.g. item is not discontinued)
• be price matched at time of purchase

Retailer must:

• be based in Australia
• be a “Baby Industry” store (e.g. no pharmacies or department stores)

• not be an online-only store
• Outside Sydney metro any freight charges will be added to the matched price.
• We do not match liquidations, auction sites, discontinued items, clearances and sell-outs.
• No further discounts, VIP pricing or benefits will apply to price match purchases.
• We do not match other price match policies nor individual or verbal quotes.
• Excludes advertising errors (either ours or competitors).


These conditions may be subject to change and applied at the discretion of Baby Village. We reserve the right to refuse a price match request.
