How do I create a registry?

Tap or click on the Create button above. You will be asked to create an account and then simply follow the steps to set up your registry via the MyRegistry platform.

 

Add products to your registry by browsing the Baby Village website and selecting the Add To Registry button which you can find just under the Add To Cart button.

How do I share my registry?

 

 

Once you are logged into your registry there will be an option to share your registry. You will see a Share Registry option along the top menu. Alternatively you can select Things to Do then Share you Registry.

 

There are a few ways you can share your registry. You can either share a personalised link or you can send out personalised eCards with a link to your registry. There are also some social sharing options available.

 

Guests can also click on the Find button above and search using your name.

 

 

Can I create a registry in store?

Yes, you can! You can create an account online and head into store, or the BV team can create the registry for you. Either way, you will have access to all your registry details both in store and online.

The cool thing about creating your registry in store is that you can scan the products you like from the MyRegistry app.

How do I know if a purchase has been made off my registry?

You will receive an email every time someone purchases a gift from your registry! You will also be able to view these details in your registry account under My Gifts in the main menu.

 

Can I add a bundled product to my registry?

Yes! Absolutely, however you will need to note your colour preferences in the notes section when you add the bundle to your list.

 

Do GWP promotions apply to my registered item?

If the Gift with Purchase promotion is still valid at the time the item is purchased off the registry then your free gift will be added to the order. Unfortunately if the promotion has ended the free gift will not be included in the order.

 

Can I have my gifts sent directly to me?

Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend that when you create a registry, you provide your guests with the option to send gifts to your address. Many visitors find it convenient to have that kind of information handy for them when purchasing a gift for you.

To add a shipping address, got to Settings > Profile & Shipping Info.

 

Can I pick my gifts up in store?

Yes you can, but you will need to ask your guests to choose Click & Collect from your preferred store at checkout.

 

Can I choose to have all my gifts sent to me in a single delivery?

Yes you can. Please enter the following store address as your Shipping address when setting up your registry.

134-136 Botany Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015. Your gifts will be set aside until your preferred collection date and a BV team member will be contact to organise delivery. A shipping charge will apply.

How does my guest mark an item as purchased if they bought it at the store and not online?

To mark an item as purchased, your guests click the BUY button underneath the item. Then select I bought this gift already and proceed with the prompts that follow. There will be an option to note the gift as purchased In a Store (not online).

 

Can I add gifts from other stores?

Yes you can. You can install an Add to Registry button to your browser which will allow you to add products from other stores. For more information on how to do this please click here.
