General

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

Goods and services tax is applicable on all our products. As you will note from our website, in our stores and in our catalogues, all prices include GST. The current rate of GST is 10%. This rate may change in the future and will be based on Australian legislation. The prices indicated for products exclude freight and handling.

Terms of Sale

Baby Village reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Baby Village may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Baby Village’s suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
(b) an event beyond Baby Village’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Baby Village is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted.

(d) Where more than one discount is available on the same product, only the highest value discount will apply.

Circumstances Beyond our Control

We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a Contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any natural disaster and unavoidable incident, actions of third parties (including without limitation hackers, suppliers, governments, quasi-governmental, supra-national or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, hostilities, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, restraints or detainments of any competent authority, strikes or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, earthquake, natural disaster, accident, mechanical breakdown, third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or Internet failure), shortage of or inability to obtain supplies, materials, equipment or transportation ("Event of Force Majeure"), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.

Either you or we may terminate a Contract forthwith by written notice to the other in the event that the Event of Force Majeure lasts for a period of two Business Days or more, in which event neither you nor we shall be liable to the other by reason of such termination (other than for the refund of a Product already paid for by you and not delivered).

If we have contracted to provide identical or similar Products to more than one Customer and are prevented from fully meeting our obligations to you by reason of an Event of Force Majeure, we may decide at our absolute discretion which contracts we will perform and to what extent.

Layby

What is Layby?

At Baby Village we want to make your experience is as easy as possible, that’s why we offer an 8-week layby, giving you time to pay for all the things you need without the rush.

How do I start a layby?

Please call us on 1300 355 079 or email us on hello@babyvillage.com.au with your layby list.

Layby Conditions of Use

A 20% deposit is required and can be made in-store or over the phone.
Our layby service is available on any purchase and includes sale items (unless exclusions apply)
A cancelled layby will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be calculated at 20% of the initial layby value.

eGift Vouchers / Store Credit

How can I purchase an eGift Voucher?

We know that sometimes it’s hard to pick the perfect gift when there are so many amazing products available. With a Baby Village eGift Card, your recipient will be able to choose exactly what they need! Can be purchased & redeemed in-store or online*. It is the perfect earth-friendly gift delivered directly to their inbox! * Valid for 3 years from date of issue.

eGift Voucher Conditions of Use

E-Gift Vouchers are sent digitally to you to forward to your recipient.
E-Gift Vouchers may be used in part or full when shopping.
E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and once expired cannot be redeemed.
E-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for in-store purchases, either in person or via telephone.
E-Gift Vouchers may also be redemmed for online purchases.
E-Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for shipping.
Only one E-Gift Voucher may be used per transaction.
E-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Keep your E-Gift Voucher secure and treat it as you would treat cash, anyone holding the E-Gift Voucher can use its value to make purchases. If yours is lost, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by calling Baby Village on 02 9387 3555.
For a physical Gift Card, this must be purchased in store.
If you have a physical Gift Card, this can be used online, just enter the Gift Card number on the ‘Gift Cards’ field in the checkout.

Afterpay

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay offers a simple instalment plan for online shopping, allowing your purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight.

How do I sign up?

First-time customers will need to setup an Afterpay account and provide payment details, returning customers will simply log in to make your purchase.

How does it work?

At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

What is the transaction limit?

The current transaction limit for Afterpay is $1,200; if your purchase is greater than this amount, the Afterpay option will not be made available. Afterpay uses an automated system that considers a number of different factors when determining which transactions to approve including the length of time you've held an Afterpay account and how many transactions you've made in a given period.

ZIP Money

Who can apply for a Zip line of credit?

Anyone who is over 18 years old, is an Australian resident, is employed in some capacity, and earns more than $300 per week is eligible to apply. ZIP’s lending criteria is then applied to each application.

How do I sign up?

Simply select the ZIP payment option at checkout and proceed with our simple application process.

What do I need to apply?

All you need to apply is the personal and banking information you know by heart, and the identification details in your wallet or handbag – it’s that simple!

How long does it take to apply online?

The application process is quick and easy and you will usually have an answer within 4 minutes of starting your application! Once your Account is accepted and verified you're good to go.

How will Zip process my application?

ZIP will process your application by assessing the application information, ensuring the loan is not unsuitable for you, and ensuring that you can comfortably afford the repayments. Verification performed by ZIP include standard credit and transactional bank account checks. ZIP lending and credit criteria applies to all applications.

How do I activate my Zip Account?

Once your Account is approved and you have accepted the Terms and Conditions and entered your secure SMS code, your Account will be activated. After activation you can start purchasing right away!

PaySquad

What is PaySquad?

PaySquad is a group payment method where multiple people can contribute financially to a single order. It's perfect for work colleagues who want to chip in for a present, or for family members contributing to larger purchases such as prams and nursery furniture. For more info head to Paysquad.co.

How does it work?

Find it at checkout - PaySquad is next to the usual options like card and Afterpay.‍
Share anywhere - grab a shareable link, and invite friends, family or colleagues to contribute.‍
Live Updates - watch the rest of your Squad make their contributions in real time, no more app downloads or chasing your mates!‍
Success - if your Squad reached 100%, congrats! Your purchase has gone through. If it didn't work out, no problem, all money is easily refunded, and often never left your account!

Does PaySquad charge any fees?

There are no fees for you or your Squad to use Paysquad.

What happens if we collect to little or too much?

If your Squad doesn’t reach 100% by the deadline, no money will be taken from your account! Currently, it is not possible to go over the goal amount.

How long do we have to collect payments?

You have up to 3 days to reach 100% of the order amount.

Do I need a PaySquad account?

Only the organiser of a Paysquad needs an account. Everyone else can contribute as a guest. No application is required.

Gift Registry

How do I qualify for Registry Rewards?

Eligibility

Registry Rewards are available to Baby Village Gift Registry holders with an active event date and valid email address.

Qualifying Purchases
- Rewards are issued based on the total value of qualifying purchases made from your Baby Village Gift Registry.
- Purchases must be made by someone other than the registry holder.
- Only products purchased directly from Baby Village (in-store or online) and marked as “Purchased” on your registry will count towards your total. Items manually marked as “purchased” by the registry holder or others will not be included.
Reward Tiers
- $50 Gift Card when your village spends $500
- $100 Gift Card when your village spends $1,000
- $150 Gift Card when your village spends $1,500
Reward Delivery
Gift Cards are issued after your event date and sent via email to the registry holder within 14 days.
Exclusions
Gift card purchases, shipping costs, discounts, and returns do not count towards qualifying spend.
Validity
Rewards are issued as Baby Village Gift Cards, valid for 3 years from the date of issue and subject to standard Baby Village Gift Card Terms.
Changes
Baby Village reserves the right to amend or end the Registry Rewards programme at any time.

Black Friday Sale

Terms & Conditions: Discounts apply to RRP and are final as shown. Offers are valid while stocks last and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Website Competition Terms and Conditions

• Winner will be drawn the day after the competition ends and will be notified by email.
• Winner will be announced within seven (7) days of the competition end date.
• By entering winners agree to allow the Organiser to publish the winners’ names, and winning descriptions online (social media, website etc) or in printed media.
• Prizes will be awarded based on skill and the most creative answer will win. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Bugaboo Prams & Strollers - Free Shipping

T&Cs Apply: Discounts apply to RRP; are final as shown; are valid while stocks last, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Exclusions apply to Gift Vouchers, Gift Wrapping, Delivery & Installation services. VIP offer doesn't apply to RRP pricing. Free Shipping Australia Wide applies to all Bugaboo Products however it excludes All Bugaboo Accessories - except accessories that are in a Bugaboo Bundle or that is a Free Gift with e.g. a Bugaboo Pram. New Subscriber Voucher Conditions

• $10 Gift Voucher is only for new subscribers. Any customer or vistor who has subscribed to our email database via our previous website or anytime previously will not receive a welcome Gift Voucher.

• For the $10 Gift Voucher to be activated at checkout, your cart must have a minimum spend of $100 and not contain any gift with purchase.

• If a product is eligible for more than one discount, the discount of greater value will apply.

• Your $10 Gift Voucher can only be used once.

Big 3 In-Store Promotion

T&Cs apply: In-store promotion only. When you purchase your 'Big 3' items in-store with Baby Village, from the same email address and Baby Village account, you will receive a Baby Village Gift Voucher.

45 days after the purchase of your Pram, Cot and Car Seat with Baby Village, you will receive a voucher. The voucher will be issued 45 days after the purchase of your last 'Big 3' item.

Receive a $100 Baby Village Voucher when the sum of your 'Big 3' items equals $2,000 or more.

Receive a $200 Baby Village Voucher when the sum of your 'Big 3' items equals $3,000 or more.

Receive a $300 Baby Village Voucher when the sum of your 'Big 3' items equals $4,000 or more.

This promotion is in-store only and will end at Baby Village's discretion.

Bounty Bag Gift Card

T&Cs Apply: Discounts apply to RRP; are final as shown; are valid while stocks last, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Exclusions apply to Gift Vouchers, Gift Wrapping, Delivery & Installation services. Free Shipping offer applies to select products only. VIP offer doesn't apply to RRP pricing. Within your 'Bounty Bag', if you find a Baby Village Gift Card, you will be able to apply your discount code (mentioned on the Gift Card) at checkout to the collection referenced on the Gift Card, which can be found by scanning the QR code which will take you straight to this collection page (where the discount may only be applied to the products in this collection). The products within the collection are subject to change. The discount code can only be used once per transaction and once per customer. Spin the Wheel In-Store Events

T&Cs Apply: During our In-Store Spin the Wheel Events that take place in our store locations, the following conditions apply:

- Minimum spend requirements must be met in order to spin the wheel: $300 or more in a single transaction.
- - Must accept to sign up to receive marketing at checkout with a sales assistant.
- - You consent to being recorded during and immediately after your spin of the wheel.
- - A prize is not always guaranteed to each person that spins.
- - Where the wheel lands when you spin is completely up to chance.
- - Prizes will always vary between stores.
- - No second spins unless it lands on "Spin Again"
- - No changing prizes because you don’t like it or for any other reason.
- - No exchanging prizes for store credit or refunding prizes at a later date for cash. The prize is a free gift that cannot be exchanged for any reason.
- - For the ‘Big’ prizes, which are up to the stores discretion - there will only be 1x of these prizes, and once this prize is won, it will not be possible for another person to win it again.

Spend & Get

T&Cs Apply: During the Spend & Get promotion, customers will receive an e-gift card based on their order value:

Spend $250 or more → Receive a $15 e-gift card
Spend $500 or more → Receive a $30 e-gift card
Spend $1,000 or more → Receive a $75 e-gift card

Gift cards will be issued after your purchase has been completed. If a purchase is refunded, any associated gift card will be cancelled and removed from your account.

Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and will be sent directly to the email address used for the order. Gift card values cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used at Baby Village.

Promotion is valid 9 October – 26 October 2025, while stocks last. Exclusions may apply.

$15 Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
- This $15 gift card is offered to customers who complete a purchase of $250 AUD or more following participation in an abandoned cart flow or eligible promotional campaign.
Minimum Spend:
- The gift card is valid on future purchases of $199 AUD or more (excluding shipping and handling).
Validity Period:
- Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Expired cards cannot be reissued or extended.
Redemption:
- One gift card per customer, per transaction.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, credit, or against previous purchases.
- Cannot be combined with other discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
Exclusions:
- Certain brands or products may be excluded from redemption at Baby Village’s discretion.
Non-Transferable:
- Gift cards are issued to the original recipient and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Returns:
- If a qualifying order is returned or refunded, the gift card may be cancelled or voided.
Amendments:
- Baby Village reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Sweet 16 Birthday Treat

T&Cs Apply: During our Birthday Sale you’ll receive an e-gift card with your purchase of the 16 most loved products, after your purchase has been made. If you request a refund on your purchase, your Gift Card will be cancelled and removed from your account. The Gift Card will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The Gift Card will be sent directly to your inbox. The value of the e-gift card will vary by product. Offer ends 11.59pm Sunday 28th September 2025.

Clearance Sale

Promotion Period: The Baby Village Clearance Sale runs or while stocks last. Baby Village reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Discounts: Discounts of up to 50% off apply to selected items only. Discounted prices will be shown on product pages. Discounts cannot be applied to items outside the promotion.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. Baby Village is not responsible if products become unavailable during the promotion.
Exclusions: The clearance sale does not include gift cards, previously purchased items, or items explicitly marked as non-discountable.
Returns & Exchanges: Sale items may be eligible for return or exchange according to Baby Village’s standard Returns Policy, unless stated as final sale.
Pricing Errors: Baby Village reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any orders placed due to incorrect pricing.
Other Promotions: Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers, or promotions unless expressly stated.
Amendments: Baby Village reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Abandoned Checkout Discount Codes

Discount Value & Minimum Spend:
- $25 off code: Valid on orders of $500 or more.
- $50 off code: Valid on orders of $1,000 or more.
Validity Period:
- Each code is valid for 4 days from the date it is issued.
Usage Restrictions:
- Codes can be used once per customer.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes.
- Cannot be applied to gift cards or previous purchases.
General:
- Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Baby Village reserves the right to cancel or amend codes at any time.

Bugaboo Bonus Gift Card Terms

Offer valid from 25/11/25. One $50 Baby Village Gift Card will be issued per eligible Bugaboo pram transaction. Gift Card valid for 90 days from date of issue. Discount does not apply in conjunction with price matching or any other offer unless stated. Gift Card is redeemable in-store or online and is non-transferable. Not valid on prior purchases.
