Terms & Conditions

  • eGift Vouchers are sent digitally to you to forward to your recipient.
  • eGift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase and once expired cannot be redeemed.
  • eGift Vouchers can be redeemed for in-store purchases, either in person or via telephone.
  • eGift Vouchers may also be redeemed for online purchases.
  • eGift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for shipping.
  • eGift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Keep your  eGift Voucher secure and treat it as you would treat cash, anyone holding the eGift Voucher can use its value to make purchases. If yours is lost, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by calling Baby Village on 02 9387 3555.
  • For a physical Gift Card, this must be purchased in store.
  • If you have a physical Gift Card, this can be used online, just enter the Gift Card number on the ‘Gift Cards’ field in the checkout.
Delivery & Returns

Item Availability

If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.

Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.

Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.

Expected Shipping Date

We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.

Australia Wide Shipping

Shipping costs are estimated based on item weight, size & postcode. Free Shipping* is offered on select products to a range of metro postcodes across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. 

We don't deliver to: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland).

Refunds & Exchanges

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Faulty Items

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.

We offer Click & Collect from all our locations. Pick up instructions and opening hours may vary for each location, please check here.
