GO UP BABY LIGHTS 360 is a 3-wheel scooter with seat for toddlers that transforms into a ride-on, walking bike, and toddler scooter. Ride-on (360 parent steering) and walking bike modes are designed for toddlers aged 15-36 months, and scooter mode is recommended for kids aged 3-9+.
