Price Match Policy

We know that sometimes other retailers in our industry may offer the same products at a lower price during a sale or promotion. We don't want you to miss out, so we're happy to match their price on an identical stocked item, subject to the conditions below.

 

Price Match Conditions

 

The item must:

• Have a minimum RRP of $100.
• Be identical in brand, model, colour, design, etc.
• Be in stock at both retailers at the time of purchase.
• Be available for review on the retailer's website or in a current catalogue.
• Be a regularly stocked item at Baby Village.
• Be in its original packaging and not be floor or demonstration stock.
• Be available for purchase from the supplier (e.g. the item is not discontinued).
• Be price matched at the time of purchase.

The retailer must:

• Be based in Australia.
• Be a baby industry store (e.g. not a pharmacy or department store).
• Not be an online-only store.
• For retailers outside Sydney metro, any applicable freight charges will be added to the matched price.

Other exclusions:

• Liquidations, auction sites, discontinued items, clearances and sell-outs are excluded.
• No further discounts, VIP pricing or benefits will apply to price-matched purchases.
• We do not match other retailers' price match policies or individual or verbal quotes.
• We do not match discount codes.
• We do not price match domestic or overseas marketplaces, e.g. Amazon or Qantas.
• We do not price match with our suppliers (Australian distributors).
• Advertising errors, either ours or a competitor's, are excluded.
• Price-matched transactions do not qualify for a spin during Spin the Wheel events.
• Price-matched transactions cannot be used in conjunction with Gift with Purchase offers.

These conditions may be subject to change and are applied at the discretion of Baby Village. We reserve the right to refuse a price match request.
