  • Router Mode - the parent unit and camera are paired to operate via the WiFi router. This mode also enables remote access to the camera via the VTech app.
  • Remote viewing / recording via the free VTech app
  • Record images/video to your smartphone/tablet memory using the app
  • Two-way talk with camera from parent unit or remotely via the app
  • 5 soothing lullabies and 4 natural sounds - can be played/stopped from parent unit and/or via the app

  • Can pair, view and control up to 2 cameras on the Parent Unit & the VTech app (RM724HD sold separately). Multi-cam viewing modes are single cam, split screen or patrol mode.

Item Availability

If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.

Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.

Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.

Expected Shipping Date

We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.

Australia Wide Shipping

Shipping costs are estimated based on item weight, size & postcode. Free Shipping* is offered on select products to a range of metro postcodes across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. 

We don't deliver to: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland).

Refunds & Exchanges

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Faulty Items

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
