The system is smart, easy to set up and use, and gives you a window to look in on baby whenever you may need.
Setting up the Lollipop is a breeze. Secure it to baby crib, attach it to the wall or stand it up on a flat surface.
As baby grows, move it around to catch their every move.

- Live View- Look at the Lollipop live feed on your tablet or smartphone check on baby from anywhere you are.
- Data History - Does your little one fuss at the same time every day? Or does something specific make them upset? The longer you use the Lollipop, the more you’ll learn.
- Cry Detection - The Lollipop can tell the difference between ambient noises like wind and when your child needs attention. If baby cries when you’re out of the room, you’ll receive an alert to let you know.
- Sharing - Invite friends and family to take a peek at baby with a link to the Lollipop's live camera view, or send a link to a pre-recorded video of a specific event.
- Cross Detection - Set a border inside the camera view to track movements in your baby’s crib. If anything happens outside the border, for instance if baby’s leg gets stuck, you’ll be notified.
- Event List - The Lollipop saves a 30-second video of significant events such as crying or environmental alerts. This means if anything unusual happens, you can go back and review.
- Sound Machine - Play calming white noise and classical music with the built-in sound machine. Pick from hits such as "vacuum" and "hairdryer".

Expected Shipping Date
We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.
Australia Wide Shipping
Shipping costs are estimated based on item weight, size & postcode. Free Shipping* is offered on select products to a range of metro postcodes across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
We don't deliver to: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland).

Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Faulty Items
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under a few conditions. The exchange will be in the format of store credit.
