Contents:
- 2 x Perineal ice packs
- 4 x Washable bamboo covers
Directions of use:
- Place in the freezer for 2-4 hours before use, then pop the frozen gel pack into the bamboo washable cover
- Place against the perineal area for up to 20 minutes
- If symptoms persist please seek medical attention.
- Place the gel pack inside the microwave lying flat for time indicated the microwave
- 700 watts - 16 seconds, 1,000 watts - 13 seconds, 1,250 watts - 11 seconds
- After testing pack temperature 5 second increments may be added as needed until desired temperature is reached
- Do not heat for more than 25 seconds total
- Always test prior to application
- Wash perineal gel packs in warm soapy water
- Wash reusable bamboo covers by hand or in the washing machine
- Do not tumble dry

Expected Shipping Date
We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.
