- eGift Cards are valid for36 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be redeemed.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed for in-store purchases, either in person or via telephone.
- eGift Cardscannot be used to pay for shipping.
- eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Keep your eGift Card secure and treat it as you would cash. Anyone holding the eGift Card can use its value to make purchases. If yours is lost, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by calling Baby Village on02 9387 3555.
- Physical Gift Cards must be purchased in-store.
- Physical Gift Cards can be redeemed online by entering the Gift Card number in theGift Cards field during checkout.
Delivery & Returns
Item Availability
If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.
Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.
Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.
Expected Shipping Date
We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.

Refunds & Exchanges
