How to use your Peri Bottle
- Fill it up. Unscrew the top and fill the bottle with warm water. For extra soothing relief, add 1–2 drops of witch hazel. Screw the cap back on firmly.
- Invert the bottle.Turn it upside down and place one finger over the valve on the nozzle to stop the flow until you're ready.
- Position and release. Sit on the toilet and position the angled tip toward the perineal area. Remove your finger from the valve to start the flow.
- Squeeze gently. Apply light pressure to the bottle for a gentle, continuous stream. Repeat as needed. Pat dry with a clean soft cloth, don't wipe.
