How to Wear
Belly Bandit recommends wearing the wrap immediately after delivery for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. Many mums choose to continue wearing it beyond this period, particularly while breastfeeding, as hormonal changes may extend the benefits of postpartum compression. The ideal fit is snug with consistent pressure on the abdomen without affecting breathing or circulation. If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.

Important Notes / Compliance
The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.
If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.
