The Cream: Easily absorbs, all over body moisturiser to soothe and prevent irritated skin. Best for eczema, cradle cap, and a moisturising post-bath baby massage.
The Balm: Use as a treatment and barrier cream to soothe irritated skin and reduce redness. Best for nappy rash, eczema, psoriasis, drool rash, dry hands and itchy skin irritation.
How does the cream differ to the balm? The cream is light-weight and easily absorbed and best suited as an all over moisturiser, whereas the balm is thick and best suited as a barrier cream and spot irritation treatment.
