CAUTION:When used as a fire surround, always place the gate minimum 75cm away from the source of heat/fire and minimum 90cm from open fire. Since every fireplace/wood burning stove reaches different temperatures, the placing is only intended asa guide line. Test your own unit at maximum heat output before placing the gate. If the gate is hot to touch, move gate further from heat source than the recommended minimum distance.

Refunds & Exchanges
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Faulty Items
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
