HideOpen Shipping CalculatorThe Zeno Cycling Kit allows you to convert the Zeno into a bike trailer. Show your child around the city or take them on a biking vacation. All essential safety features are included so you can enjoy your ride with peace of mind.
To use a CYBEX bike trailer you need to install a CYBEX Cycling Hitch to your bike (available individually or as part of a CYBEX Cycling Kit).
If the rear wheel of your bicycle is attached with a thru axle you must replace this with a special CYBEX Thru Axle in order to connect the Cycling Hitch.If you need guidance in choosing the correct CYBEX Thru Axle for your bike, please refer to the Thru Axle Measuring Guide in the download section.

If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.
Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.
Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.
Expected Shipping Date
We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.
Australia Wide Shipping
Shipping costs are estimated based on item weight, size & postcode. Free Shipping* is offered on select products to a range of metro postcodes across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
We don't deliver to: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland).

Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Faulty Items
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
Exchanges
