Instructions:
- Step One: Fill the outer tube with air
- Step Two: Fill the inner section with water. Add 100ml of vinegar to keep water clear.
- Step Three: Lay the mat down and press as much of the air out as possible to avoid air bubbles.
Note: It is recommended to change water every 2 weeks
