Request to gate-check your buggy inside travel bag when checking in, and roll up to the gate where the airline will then stow it upon boarding, and retrieve it for you at disembarkment.
Travel bags built in “gate checked” tag ensures your buggy is easily identifiable; and its durable base, sturdy zips and TSA approved padlock keep all pieces of your buggy together safely and securely.
Compatible with all current Mountain Buggy buggies, including our side by side models, duet and nano duo,and many other buggy brands.
Buggies manufactured after 2015 are compatible including:

- *Nano and nano urban will also fit, though they do have their own travel satchels.

If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.
Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.
Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.

We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.

Refunds & Exchanges
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
