Click & Collect

All our locations offer Click & Collect!

Stock availability for each location is listed under the Add to Cart button on every product page. All items in your cart must be available at your preferred pick up location for that selection to be available at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up so keep an eye out for it! For all in stock items, this is usually within 2 hours for our store locations and 24. hours for our warehouse lcoation. If an item needs to be transferred to your selected pick up location it will take a little longer.

We now take backorders at all locations. This means you may have ordered a product that has a longer wait time. The estimated collection date is on every product page and also in your order confirmation.

We will hold your order for 14 days. We will send you a reminder email after one week and if we haven't heard from you after 14 days, we will refund your order.

For pick-up from Miranda please head instore to the counter.

For Alexandriapick-up, the carpark is via Buckland St. Head instore to the counter.

For Punchbowl, ring the bell at the roller doors and someone will be with you shortly.
