Q. How do I edit my contact details?
A. Simply Login and edit My Details.
Q. How do I unsubscribe from the Baby Village Newsletter?
A. Open any newsletter sent to you by Baby Village then scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and click 'Unsubscribe'.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the subscription removal to become effective.

Q. Has my order been successful?
A.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, Login to your account to check My Orders.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. You can find your exact delivery cost by entering your post code / suburb on any product page (in the delivery tab).
Q. How do I track my order?

Check your order status in Track Order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands in there!

Q. Can you ship my order internationally?
A. At this time, Baby Village only ships within Australia.
Q. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
A. In most circumstances we are able to deliver to PO Boxes however with some larger parcels and more remote locations it may not be possible.
Q. Will I have to sign for my delivery?
A. Deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. You may however choose to have the parcel left unattended at your delivery address.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability but generally expected delivery times are as follows.

Note:
  • Furniture can take up to 12 weeks for delivery due to supplier delays - you will be notified if there is an extended delay.
  • Products marked as ONLINE ONLY may take longer than other products to deliver - please expect delivery within 10 working days for these products. Furniture may take up to 12 weeks however you will be notified of delivery time.
Q. What does it mean when a product is marked as ONLINE ONLY?
A. When a product is marked as ONLINE ONLY, it means we generally don't keep the product in stock and treat it as a special order from our suppliers. Once we receive your order, we place an order immediately and although the time can vary, as a matter of precaution we suggest allowing up to 10 days for the item to be delivered to us.

A. An account is automatically set up for you when you make your first purchase with us.
Zip Money
Q. Who can apply for a Zip line of credit?
A. Anyone who is over 18 years old, is an Australian resident, is employed in some capacity, and earns more than $300 per week is eligible to apply. ZIP’s lending criteria is then applied to each application.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. Simply select the ZIP payment option at checkout and proceed with our simple application process.
Q. What do I need to apply?
A. All you need to apply is the personal and banking information you know by heart, and the identification details in your wallet or handbag – it’s that simple!
Q. How long does it take to apply online?
A. The application process is quick and easy and you will usually have an answer within 4 minutes of starting your application! Once your Account is accepted and verified you're good to go.
Q. How will Zip process my application?
A. ZIP will process your application by assessing the application information, ensuring the loan is not unsuitable for you, and ensuring that you can comfortably afford the repayments. Verification performed by ZIP include standard credit and transactional bank account checks. ZIP lending and credit criteria applies to all applications.
Q. How do I activate my Zip Account?
A. Once your Account is approved and you have accepted the Terms and Conditions and entered your secure SMS code, your Account will be activated. After activation you can start purchasing right away!
