You can purchase your items online and pick them up at Baby Village in Bondi Junction, or have them delivered directly to your door.

Christmas Cut-Off Dates

We always do our best to ship your order immediately but it's important to note the following cut-off dates for placing your order to ensure you receive it before Christmas. 

Australia-wide Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our store located in New South Wales via Fastway, Australia Post eParcel and in some cases Couriers Please or TNT Australia. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the following areas: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland). We are also unable to deliver overseas (including New Zealand).

Expected Delivery

Please note during peak periods including Sales, Promotions, Black Friday, Christmas etc there may be delay in goods being delivered. Please check your confirmation email carefully for your estimated delviery date.

General Information

For courier deliveries, a calling card will be left at your delivery address for you to arrange an alternate time for delivery if you are not at home, unless you have advised us to do otherwise.

Please note couriers do not offer a service to call prior to delivery or on approach. Please do not include this request in your instructions as couriers are unfortunately not able to call prior. However you will receive a tracking email once shipped so you can track its delivery to you. 


Availability of Products

All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.

Out of Stock Items 

Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.


Products marked as ONLINE ONLY may take longer than other products to deliver - please expect delivery within 10 working days for these products.


Furniture Deliveries

On very rare occasions, some furniture items may take longer than usual (beyond 2-4 weeks) for delivery due to supplier delays - you will be contacted to discuss your options if there is an extended delay expected.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are sent via courier. 
eGift Vouchers are emailed to the recipient directly at no additional charge.

Post Shipping Support

On rare occasions you don't receive your entire order within 14 days of the item(s) being sent, please contact us so we can track the order with our shipping partners. Please note that no claims will be recognised 14 days after delivery.
