- Newborn to 6 months: For newborn to 6 months use of the Nap System (sold separately) is required or attach a baby capsule with adapters (sold separately)
- 6 Months up to 15 kg: From 6 months to 15kg the cruiser can be used with the Toddler comfort seat (sold separately)
- 15 kg to 25 kg: Cruiser can be used without any accessories

If your item is in stock, this will leave our warehouse in 1-2 days.
Out of stock products can take up to 10 working days to come back into stock - you will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.
Typically the items will take 1 day to leave our warehouse if your item is in stock.
Expected Shipping Date
We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post eParcel (and in some cases TNT Australia), and Direct Freight Express.

Shipping costs are estimated based on item weight, size & postcode. Free Shipping* is offered on select products to a range of metro postcodes across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
We don't deliver to: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland).

Refunds & Exchanges
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
