Baby Village delivers Australia- wide. We have a range of couriers so we can service you as best as possible. Delivery charges are dependent on where you live and what products you order.

 For courier deliveries, a calling card will be left at your delivery address for you to arrange an alternate time for delivery if you are not at home,  unless you have advised us to do otherwise.

 

We will endevaour to deliver your order within 48 - 72 hours. However factors outside of our control may cause a delay. We apologise in advance if any delays do occur. Larger items being sent to NT, SA and WA can take up to 7 working days for delivery.

 

Out of stock items will take up to 10 working days. You will be notified either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.

Furniture deliveries can take up to 12 weeks. Suppliers have provided up to a 12 week wait for some lines. You will be notified if there is an extended delay!

 

For ONLINE ONLY products, delivery may take longer than other products. Please expect delivery within 10 working days for ONLINE ONLY products. Furniture may take up to 12 weeks however you will be notified of delivery time.


Delivery fees are based on weight, dimensions and distance. 


Gift vouchers are sent via Registered Post and a signature is required.

 

We unfortunately do not deliver overseas.
